Livestock is developed in 66 thousand 200 acres of land in which there are approximately 189,500 head of cattle. Livestock
production is notable for its number and value since most produced cattle concists of cows, sheeps,
pigs and goats
Agriculture is considered as one of the greatest
economic activities developed around the city, since it is highly technified by
having an area of 174 thousand 468 acres of land which is equivalent to 40.17% of
the total municipal area. The crop production of the municipal area consists mainly of corn, tomatoes and wheat.
